The breasts are smaller, larger or sagging than desirable, structurally or due to developmental factors; it can cause psychological problems that reduce the quality of life of the person. Due to aging, it is almost inevitable that the breasts will sag as a result of the breast tissue’s depleation of gravity. Hormonal changes, genetic factors, weight gain or loss, pregnancy and breastfeeding can lead to loss of breast tissue and excessive growth or sagging of the breasts. The lack of desired shape of the breasts is psychological, such as shame, lack of self-confidence, difficulty in choosing clothes, even depression; posture disorder can lead to a number of physical problems such as hunchback, pain in the neck and waist areas that can go up to hernia, numbness due to compression of the hand and arm nerves in the shoulder area, loss of strength and weakened desire to play sports. Breast enlargement (gynecomastia) can also cause aesthetic and social problems in men and to have all or part of the breasts taken due to breast cancer.
